5 out of 5 starsI hired Jurek Construction to renovate a 1400-sq. ft. commercial space that needed extensive drywall repairs, trim, flooring, painting and electrical work. Mitch came in with a very competitive bid and had a positive can-do spirit that gave me the confidence to move forward. After a few days I knew I had made a good choice because the speed and quality of work was outstanding. Mitch made a lot of good suggestions along the way, so he was more like a collaborator than just a hired gun. Mitch and his crew did an amazing job and stuck to their original estimate. I would definitely hire Mitch for any future projects at this location or any other location. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsMitch came out gave estimate & agreed to replace trim in our bathroom. we had also planned to have him replace three doors in March and he gave him a rough estimate on that too. cancelled scheduled trim work for a week or two ago and rescheduled for Friday 2/18 tomorrow due to weather which was fine. he then said he wasn't comfortable taking trim off ws worried about damaging floor. husband said no problem it's just adhesive, I can pop it all off. Sunday 2/12 we decided we wanted a new surround wall in the bathroom asked if he could do it he wanted pic so we bought it & sent pic. after he asked for the pic and we sent it on Sunday we couldn't get him to respond texted several times. we needed a time of arrival for tomorrow so we could plan accordingly he never responded to any of messages we sent....until my husband texted him yet again late today. his response shortly thereafter ws "I'm not comfortable doing a job I cant guarantee 1000% & my level of expertise is not on level with what you want done. very poor communication you don't agree to a job, just leave a customer hanging like that ignore them bk out last minute. we could have found someone else as we sat here the past two weeks. kind of funny how he agreed, cancelled due to "weather" ignored all texts until tonight's text. If u want wishy washy, being left hanging and no follow through well then, call Mitch at Evidently their expertise doesn't include basic trim work or putting up a basic surround wall or replacing doors in a hallway oh and it also doesn't include communication nor does it include good customer service. He leaves the renovated space cleaner than he finds it, you’ll only know he was there by the transformed room!
